(ii) The items specified in Schedule 2 must be in good condition and must not be modified in any way;

(iii) Two point lap seat belts that comply with the appropriate vehicle standard are fitted on the front outboard seating position;

(iv) No seats are installed in the rear of the vehicle behind the driver's seating position and no passengers can be carried in the vehicle behind the driver's seating position at any time;

(v) All seat belts must be securely anchored using the vehicle manufacturer's original anchorages;

(vi) This exemption may be revoked at any time;

(vii) A copy of this notice must be carried in the vehicle at all times and be readily available for inspection.

Pursuant to the New Zealand Walkways Act 1990, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Otago Regional Conservator, hereby declares that a walkway has been established over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the walkway shall be known as the Long Gully Walkway.
