Auckland City Fire District Notice, December, 1996
Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as the Auckland City Fire District Notice, December, 1996.
2. This notice shall come into force on the 20th day of December 1996.
3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous fire district notices for the Auckland City and Parnell Fire Districts.

Constitution of a Fire District
4. The urban areas of Auckland City are hereby constituted as a Fire District.
5. The boundary of the constituted Fire District is defined and delineated on a plan held at the National Office, New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.

Reserves Act 1977

Cancelling of the Vesting of Control of a Reserve in The Far North District Council and Appointment of the Waimate North Christian Campus Trust to Control and Manage a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting of control in The Far North District Council, of the local purpose (school) reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, appoints the Waimate North Christian Campus Trust to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a local purpose (school) reserve.
