Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Regional Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Waitakere City Council at current market value, the proceeds from sale to be paid into council’s reserves account, such monies to be used and applied in and towards the improvements of other reserves under the control of council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Land Acquired for a State School in Waitomo District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, subject to pipeline easement certificates S. 412471 and H. 258797.2, is hereby acquired for a State school and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
