Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member - Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, declares the portions of road described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The area described in the First Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 36B/779, subject to the middle line proclamation 538202.1 and gas pipeline rights (in gross) over part herein marked “A” on D.P. 59067.

(ii) The areas described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 36B/780, subject to the middle line proclamation 538202.01.
