Land at Gamblins Road and St Martins Road Acquired for and Set Apart for Road

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch:

(i) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

(ii) Pursuant to section 52 (4), at the request of The Christchurch City Council, hereby declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held by that council, to be set apart for road.

Existing Easements Acquired for State Primary School Over Land at Urenui

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the existing easements described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby acquired for State primary school and shall vest in Her Majesty the Queen on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

The right to convey water created by transfer 87138 over a portion of:

Secondly

The right to convey water created by transfer 87139 over a portion of:

Lot 2, D.P. 18080, being all of the land in certificate of title J4/484.

Road Realignment (State Highway No. 3) in the Wanganui District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 294/62.

(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1) and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 294/62.
