Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Richard Dale Agnew and Kevin James Bearsley, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed receivers and managers of Harvest Haven Limited on the 19th day of August 1996, under the terms of a debenture giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company. The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.

The Receivers’ Office Address is: Coopers & Lybrand, Level Twenty-nine, Coopers & Lybrand Tower, 23–29 Albert Street, Auckland.

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

David Donald Crichton and Trevor Francis Thornton, chartered accountants (whose offices are Grant Thornton, AMP Centre, 47 Cathedral Square, Christchurch), hereby give notice that on the 12th day of August 1996, Bank of New Zealand appointed them jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Cardinal Community Laboratories Limited, under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 30th day of August 1995.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all of the company’s real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
