Amending a Notice Declaring Road Stopped and Vested in the District of Marlborough

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Land Information New Zealand, Nelson, hereby amends the notice dated the 31st day of May 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 6 June 1996, No. 57 at page 1474, declaring road to be stopped and stopped road vested in the District of Marlborough, by:

(a) deleting the paragraph headed (a), and

(b) substituting, “(a) The area described in the First Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 60, folio 81, the registered proprietors of the adjoining land, Thomas John O’Hagan and Veronica Mary O’Hagan, being settlers under the Joint Family Homes Act 1964.”.
