(c) Pursuant to section 117, declares that piece of stopped road secondly described, now known as Section 1, S.O. 58655, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 49C/852, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 198447.5, South Auckland Land Registry.

(d) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken and vested in The Waikato District Council.

Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Crown Property Officer, Land Information New Zealand, Napier, declares the land described in the Schedule to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 35 and shall vest in the Crown.

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands,

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119 (4) (a), declares the said piece of stopped road and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, now known together as Section 1,

Land Acquired for Road Corner, Morley/Powderham Streets and Belt Road, New Plymouth

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
