Wool Industry Act 1977
Direction on Wool Test Certification Amendment No. One
This amendment to the “Direction on Wool Test Certification” dated 25 May 1994, is made by the New Zealand Wool Board (“the board”) pursuant to its authority contained in section 21 (1) of the Wool Industry Act 1977.
The board hereby directs that with effect from 1 August 1996, the following items shall replace items No. 3, 5 and 10 respectively of the Addendum Number One to the Direction on Wool Test Certification:
3. Fibre Diameter
(a) Determination of wool fibre diameter by the projection microscope.

(b) Mean fibre diameter by airflow method.
IWTO-28.
(c) Measurement of the mean and distribution of fibre diameter by Sirolan-Laserscan.
IWTO-12.
(d) Measurement of the mean and distribution of fibre diameter by OFDA.

5. Colour
(a) Colour.

Conservation Act 1987

Land Set Apart for Conservation Purposes, Sentry Hill
Pursuant to section 7 of the Conservation Act 1987, and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, together with a right of way and pipeline easement created by deed 16070 (R.18-777) over the land described in the Second Schedule, is hereby set apart for conservation purposes and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

Reserves Act 1977
Declaration That Land is a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation - Hawke’s Bay Conservancy hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Hastings District Council on the 11th day of June 1996:
That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Hastings District Council resolves that the pieces of land held by the council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, are declared to be recreation reserve and form part of the public park and recreation ground known as the Keirunga Gardens.
