Land Acquired for Road in Tauranga District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Tauranga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Revoking a Proclamation Taking Land and a Storm Water and Sewer Easement Over Land, for the Development of Water Power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River Power Scheme) in Block VII, Atiamuri Survey District, Rotorua County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands revokes the proclamation dated the 30th day of March 1966, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 28th day of April 1966, No. 24, page 684, declaring land and a storm water and sewer easement over land, to be taken for the development of water power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River Power Scheme).

Road Realignment in Waitomo District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Waitomo District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and further declares that the said pieces of stopped road now known as Sections 1, 2 and 3, S.O. 60281 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 9C/130, subject to statutory land charge S. 629734 and memorandum of mortgage H. 773980A.9. South Auckland Land Registry.
