Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
