Declaring Land Acquired for Road at Lookout Point in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares, pursuant to section 20, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in The Dunedin City Council on the 11th day of July 1996.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares, pursuant to section 52 (1), the land for better utilisation described in the Schedule hereto, is set apart for purposes of a motorway and shall, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, form part of State Highway No. 1.

Declaring Land Acquired for Road and Road Stopped at Ripponvale in the Central Otago District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6 and shall vest in the Crown on the 11th day of July 1996.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, the parts of the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 3A/653.
