Motor Vehicle Dealers Act 1975

Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal Established

Pursuant to section 97 (1) of the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act 1975, I, Douglas Arthur Montrose Graham, hereby give notice of the establishment of an additional Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal to be known as the Auckland No. 2 Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal, and further give notice, pursuant to section 97 (3), of the appointment of the following persons to serve on the said tribunal:

Geoffrey David Wiles, barrister of Auckland, to be the chairperson;

Gary Burkett, automotive engineer of Auckland, to be a member;

Brian John Felton, consultant of Rotorua, to be a member.

Transport

International Air Services Licensing Act 1947

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, the State Sector Act 1988, a delegation from the Minister of Transport dated 19 December 1995 and a sub-delegation from the Secretary of Transport dated 21 December 1995, I, John Gibson Bradbury, General Manager International Relations, Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I intend to exercise the power conferred by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947 to amend the terms of the international air service licence issued to EVA Air to permit the airline to operate up to four return services per week between Taiwan and New Zealand.

This amendment will take effect from 1 October 1996.
