Land Acquired for Road and Recreation Reserve in Manukau City

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land firstly described in the Schedule is acquired for road and the land secondly described in the Schedule is acquired for recreation reserve, subject as to the land firstly described to section 27B of the State Owned Enterprises Act 1986, and as to both portions of land to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and as to the land secondly described to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, and the said road and recreation reserve shall vest in The Manukau City Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
