Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land for Road in Waitakere City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, hereby amends the declaration acquiring land for road dated the 13th day of May 1996, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 16 May 1996, No. 48, page 1312, acquiring land for road in Waitakere City, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the operative clause the word “Manukau” and inserting the word “Waitakere”.
