Pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 and to a delegation from the Minister of Transport dated 31 August 1990, I, Grant Stewart Ellis Milne, Secretary for Transport, give the following notice:

(1) This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Kaipara District) Notice 1996.

(2) The road specified in the Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area, pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

SITUATED within Kaipara District at Matakoke:

Matakoke East Road: from Church Road to a point on Matakoke East Road 500 metres measured south easterly generally along said road from Horniblow Road.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
