Alcoholic Liquor Advisory Council Act 1976

The Alcoholic Liquor Advisory Council Levy Notice 1996

Pursuant to section 27 (1) of the Alcoholic Liquor Advisory Council Act 1976, the Minister of Health hereby gives the following notice:

1. This notice may be cited as the Alcoholic Liquor Advisory Council Levy Notice 1996.

2. The rate of levy payable under section 28 of the Alcoholic Liquor Advisory Council Act 1976, for the year ended 30 June 1997, shall be as follows:

Beer 0.86 c/litre plus G.S.T.

Spirits greater than 23% alcohol by volume 28.42 c/litre of alcohol plus G.S.T.

Spirits less than 23% alcohol by volume 5.21 c/litre of alcohol plus G.S.T.

Fortified wine 5.21 c/litre plus G.S.T.

Unfortified wine 3.19 c/litre plus G.S.T.

Notice of Approval of Advocacy Guidelines by Minister of Health

Pursuant to section 28 (5) (a) of the Health and Disability Commissioner Act 1994, I give notice that on the 18th day of June 1996, I approved, in accordance with section 28 (4) of that Act, the Advocacy Guidelines issued by the Health and Disability Commissioner, pursuant to section 28 (1) of that Act.

Tax Administration Act 1994

Notice of Product Ruling

1. This is a notice of a product ruling made under section 91F of the Tax Administration Act 1994.

2. Product ruling No. 96/15 was issued on 17 May 1996. It relates to imputed dividends paid by a unit trust and the application of sections ME 6, GC 22 and BB 9 of the Income Tax Act 1994.
