Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre
Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence, dated 25 January 1996, which was granted under those regulations to Maryanne Blaymires in respect of:
Pongakawa Playcentre, Old Coach Road, Pongakawa.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
Marian Catholic School, Hamilton.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 20th day of June 1996. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, corner of Grey and Bridge Streets, Hamilton.

Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice (No. 1) 1996 (No. F34)
Pursuant to section 28W (3) of the Fisheries Act 1983, the Minister of Fisheries, after consultation with the New Zealand Fishing Industry Board and the Treaty of Waitangi Fisheries Commission, hereby gives the following notice:

- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice (No. 1) 1996.
(2) This notice shall come into effect on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Interpretation—In this notice, “Talleys Group” means Talley’s Fisheries Limited and McDonald & Brown Limited, and any companies owned or controlled by those companies.

Exemption to quota aggregation limit—As from the date that this notice comes into effect, the Talleys group is permitted to hold quota and interest in quota in excess of the 20 percent aggregation limit as provided in section 28w (1) (d) of the Fisheries Act 1983, for the Southern Scallop Fishery, up to an aggregation limit of 28.6 percent.

Pursuant to section 28W (3) of the Fisheries Act 1983, the Minister of Fisheries, after consultation with the New Zealand Fishing Industry Board and the Treaty of Waitangi Fisheries Commission, and after consideration of the matters specified in section 28W (5) of the said Act, hereby gives the following notice:

- Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice 1994, Amendment No. 2, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice 1994 (No. 5346), which appeared in the New Zealand Gazette on 26 May 1994, No. 50, page 1757, hereinafter referred to as the principal notice.
(2) This notice shall come into effect on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Clause 3 amended—Clause 3 (3) of the principal notice is hereby amended by omitting the expression “is valid for a period of 2 years from the date that this notice comes into effect”, and substituting the expression “is valid until the close of 30 June 1997”.

Revocation—The Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice 1994, Amendment No. 1 (No. F30) is hereby revoked.
