Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hokitika, hereby amends the notice dated 11 April 1996, stopping road and taking land for severance, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 April 1996, No. 36 at page 1070, by deleting the following area from the Third Schedule.

Road to be Stopped and Land Taken for Severance in Westland District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hokitika:

(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road in the First Schedule to be stopped and be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 5D/151, subject to memorandum of mortgage 104828.3 (Westland Registry).

(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares that the land described in the Second Schedule be taken for severance and be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 5D/151, subject to memorandum of mortgage 104828.3 (Westland Registry).
