Revocation of the Appointment of the Minister of Transport and the Minister of Internal Affairs to Jointly Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to section 36 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Conservation, hereby revokes appointment of the Minister of Transport and the Minister of Internal Affairs to jointly control and manage the Government purpose (wildlife management) reserve described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Christchurch City Council on the 24th day of April 1996:

"That in the exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Christchurch City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act."

Revocation of a Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Hutt City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

27 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 82198, situated in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, being part of the land contained in C.T. C4/1047.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose reserve (isolation strip) over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land shall vest in The Porirua City Council in fee simple.
