Fishing Industry Board Act 1963
Fish Levy Regulations 1976
Fixing a Levy on Fish
Pursuant to the Fishing Industry Board Act 1963 and the Fish Levy Regulations 1976, a notice is hereby given by the New Zealand Fishing Industry Board that:
(a) From and after the 1st day of August 1996, every wholesaler shall pay to the board a fish levy on all fish except paua, taken or purchased by him (otherwise than from another wholesaler) at a rate of 0.80 percent of the primary price of those fish, and
(b) From and after the 1st day of August 1996, every wholesaler shall pay to the board a fish levy on paua taken or purchased by him (otherwise than from another wholesaler) at a rate of 0.72 percent of the primary price of those paua, and
(c) From and after the 1st day of August 1996, the fishermen’s contribution will be at the rate of 0.267 percent of the primary price of those fish, and at the rate of 0.24 percent of those paua, and
(d) From and after the 1st day of August 1996, the wholesaler’s contribution will be at the rate of 0.267 percent of the primary price of those fish, and at the rate of 0.24 percent of the primary price of those paua, and
(e) From and after the 1st day of August 1996, the retailer’s contribution will be at a rate of 0.266 percent of the primary price of those fish, and at a rate of 0.24 percent of the primary price of those paua, and
(f) Notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 October 1995, No. 14, page 3621, is consequently revoked.

Conservation Act 1987
Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With a Declaration That the Area Become a Reserve, and Classification of That Reserve
Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation, declares that, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes and pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Act, the Minister of Conservation further declares that the conservation area shall hereafter be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and classified as a local purpose (cemetery) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.

9751 square metres, being part Reserve 4480, shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 19572.

Authorisation of the Exchange of a Marginal Strip for Other Land
Pursuant to section 24E of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby authorises the exchange of the marginal strip land described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

South Auckland Land District—Taupo District
4535 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 60335, situated in Block II, Marotiri Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1962, No. 67, page 1856.
Second Schedule

Pursuant to section 7 of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Director-General of Survey and Land Information, Team Member, Lands and Property, of the Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares that, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for conservation purposes and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
