3.7 Part 3.0 of this division is hereby amended by inserting, after rule 3.8, the following:

"3.8A With the approval of the Authority, the casino operator may elect to permit players to place way bets with it, provided the following conditions are met:

(a) a player shall make a way bet by submitting a way bet entry form; and

(b) no entry form shall be used for any way bet, and no way bet shall be accepted in a casino, unless the writer terminal is capable of validating a way bet on an entry form.

3.8B A way bet entry form shall be printed with:

(a) squares containing the numbers 1 through to 80;

(b) squares for the selection of:

i) the amount to be wagered on each way (which may or may not be predetermined),

ii) the number of games to be played (which may or may not be predetermined), and

iii) where applicable, special entry options; and

(c) such further particulars or information as the Authority may require.

3.8C A player completing a way bet entry form shall:

(a) by placing a mark in the desired square or in each of the desired squares, select:

i) the numbers on which he/she wishes to wager, which may be one or more numbers per group, in two or more as provided in the relevant schedule of prizes,

ii) the amount being wagered on each way,

iii) the number of games in which the entry form is to be entered, which may be a single game or two or more games, up to a maximum of 1000, or such other number as the Authority may approve, and

iii) where applicable, any special entry option that may be required, by means of the appropriate special entry box; and

(b) mark the entry form so as to indicate clearly all the ways the player has selected, which may be some or all of the ways available to the player, on which he/she wishes to wager.

The casino operator may refuse to accept a way bet wager if all of the ways indicated would not be eligible to receive a prize under the schedule of prizes, were the appropriate numbers to be drawn."

3.8 Rules 3.08, 3.09, 3.10 and 3.11 of this division are hereby amended by inserting, in sub-paragraph (c) of each rule, after the number "1,000" the words ", or such other number as the Authority may approve".

3.9 Rule 3.13 of this division is hereby amended by inserting:

(a) in sub-paragraph (b), after the words "per game", the words "and, where the ticket relates to a way bet, the amount wagered per way";

(b) in sub-paragraph (k), after the words "special entry," the words "jackpot receipt ticket, way bet receipt ticket,".

Wagers

3.10 Rule 4.1 of this division is hereby amended by deleting the words "cash, chips or vouchers," and substituting "cash or chips,".

3.11 Rule 4.2 of this division is hereby deleted and the following rule substituted:

"4.2 The casino operator may, with the approval of the Authority:

(a) set the minimum and/or maximum wagers applying to an entry in a game of keno on a single receipt ticket, which shall apply subject to sub-paragraph (b) of this rule and to rule 5.4 of this division;

(b) in relation to a way bet, set the minimum wager limit applying to each way that is played on the receipt ticket, the amount of which may vary depending on the number of ways played on the ticket; and

(c) require that wagers on a game or, in the case of a way bet, on a way be placed in increments of a certain amount, which shall not exceed the minimum wager specified for the game or way concerned."

3.12 Rule 4.3 of this division is hereby amended by inserting, after the words "permissible wagers", the words "pertaining to a game and, where applicable, to a way, and the amount of any increment referred to in sub-paragraph (c) of rule 4.2".

Jackpots

3.13 Rule 5.4 of this division is hereby deleted and the following rule substituted:

"5.4 The casino operator may, with the approval of the Authority:

(a) set the minimum wager for a jackpot entry in a game of keno on a single receipt ticket;

(b) require that such wagers be placed in increments of a certain amount, which shall not exceed the minimum wager specified for the game concerned."

3.14 Rule 5.9 of this division is hereby amended by deleting the words "during" and substituting the words "drawn in".

Closing the Game and Drawing Winning Numbers

3.15 Rule 7.7 of this division is hereby amended by deleting the words "The keno supervisor and two keno writers" and substituting "A keno supervisor and a keno writer".

Winning Wagers and Payment of Prizes

3.16 Rule 8.1 of this division is hereby deleted and the following substituted:

"8.1 A winning wager by a player shall be one where:

(a) the selection of a number or numbers for a particular game matches a number or numbers, or matches none of the numbers, selected by the keno drawing device as the winning numbers for that game; and

(b) the catch, including a catch of zero whereby no spots were drawn as winning numbers in the game, represents a winning wager in accordance with the applicable schedule of prizes,

but otherwise the wager shall lose. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this rule, only one prize shall be payable for a winning wager; if, for example, six of the numbers selected on a seven spot ticket are selected by the keno drawing device, the only prize won by the ticket shall be that listed in the schedule of prizes for a catch of six."

3.17 Rule 8.3 of this division is hereby amended by deleting the words "contained in rule 12".

3.18 Rule 8.6 of this division is hereby amended by deleting the figure "$5100,000", and substituting the words "the amount (if any) specified in this regard in the applicable schedule of prizes".

3.19 Rule 8.7 of this division is hereby amended by deleting:

(a) the figure "$125,000" where it first appears, and substituting the words "the amount (if any) specified in this regard in the applicable schedule of prizes"; and

(b) the figure "$125,000" wherever else it appears and
