Land to be Taken for Road Purposes

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, the Right Honorable Sir Michael Hardie Boys, Governor-General of New Zealand, declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for road purposes and to be vested in The Hutt City Council on the 14th day after the date of publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

Crown Land Set Apart for Post Office Purposes in Tararua District

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for post office purposes and to remain vested in the Crown.

Road to be Stopped in Westland District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hokitika, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and further declares that:

1. The area marked “A” shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 8A/447, Westland Registry.

2. The area marked “B” shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 1A/1061, Westland Registry.

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares the land described in the Schedule to be road, which shall vest in The Far North District Council.

Land Acquired for Road in Manukau City

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road and shall vest in The Manukau City Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
