Bylaw Concerning the Stopping and Parking of Vehicles on State Highways

Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, Transit New Zealand hereby makes the following bylaw:

Bylaw

1. Title and commencement—This bylaw may be cited as Transit New Zealand Bylaw 1996/18.

2. Interpretation—In this bylaw—
   "Vehicle" has the same meaning as in the Transport Act 1962.

3. Prohibiting stopping and parking of vehicles—The stopping and parking of vehicles is prohibited on the sections of State highway described in the printed and bound Schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Dunedin and the State Highway Management Division of Transit New Zealand, Head Office, Wellington and there available for public inspection.

Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Franklin District Council on the 21st day of December 1993:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Franklin District Council hereby resolves that the land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act."

5.9215 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 171361. All certificate of title 104C/994.
10.1120 hectares, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 25659. All certificate of title 663/2.

Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1996, No. 1.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
