(c) In respect of shorn wool, dags and dag wool sold through alternative marketing systems, for example pools and tenders, 5% of the gross proceeds received from the sale less any costs, for example testing, selling, crushing, scouring and dumping, which have been incurred by the grower prior to the sale and which can be substantiated by the levy collection agent to the satisfaction of the Wool Board. The cost of transport will not be deductible.
(d) In respect of slipe wool and fellmongered wool, an amount per kilogram estimated by the Wool Board to be equivalent to 5% of the seasonally-adjusted, average price for new season’s wool sold at auction (the market indicator) during the calendar month 2 months prior to the month in which the levy became payable or, if there were no auctions during that month, during the last calendar month before it in which there was an auction, adjusted to reflect an average yield for slipe wool of 85% and less the average selling charges and testing costs on auction-sold wool for the previous season, as calculated by the Wool Board.
(e) In respect of wool on the skin, 2.5% of the gross proceeds received from the sale of the sheepskin, being a 5% levy on half of the gross proceeds from its sale.
(f) In respect of wool which is to be sold for the first time outside New Zealand, 5% of the f.o.b. value of the wool less any costs, for example testing, selling, crushing, scouring and dumping, which have been incurred by the grower prior to export and which can be substantiated by the levy collection agent to the satisfaction of the Wool Board. The cost of transport will not be deductible.

Transit New Zealand Act 1989
Revoking Section of State Highway—Declaring New Section of State Highway—State Highway No. 1 and State Highway No. 78: Timaru
Pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the Transit New Zealand Authority gives notice that the section of State Highway No. 1 described in the First Schedule hereto, is revoked and the sections of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, are declared to be State highway within the meaning of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989.
First Schedule
State Highway No. 1 in Timaru from a point (at RP 501/4.61) located on Evans Street approximately 30 metres measured in a northerly direction from the northern projected boundary of Wai-iti Road extending in a southerly direction along Stafford Street and King Street to the eastern boundary of Craigie Avenue (at RP 501/7.36); a distance of approximately 2.72 kilometres.
Second Schedule
Section to be Declared State Highway No. 1
That section of road in Timaru from a point (at RP 501/4.61) located on Evans Street approximately 30 metres measured in a northerly direction from the northern projected boundary of Wai-iti Road, extending in a southerly direction along Theodosiia Street and Craigie Avenue to the intersection of the projected eastern boundary of Craigie Avenue and the eastern boundary of King Street (at RP 501/6.95); a distance of approximately 2.31 kilometres.
Section to be Declared State Highway No. 78
That section of Sefton Street in Timaru from its intersection with Theodosiia Street (at RP 0/0.00) extending in an easterly direction to its intersection with the eastern boundary of Stafford Street (at RP 0/0.17); a distance of approximately 170 metres.

Bylaw Concerning the Stopping and Parking of Vehicles on State Highways
Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, Transit New Zealand hereby makes the following bylaw:
Bylaw

Title and commencement—This bylaw may be cited as Transit New Zealand Bylaw 1996/12.

Interpretation—In this bylaw—
“Vehicle” has the same meaning as in the Transport Act 1962.
- Prohibiting stopping and parking of vehicles—The stopping and parking of vehicles is prohibited on the sections of State highway described in the printed and bound Schedule held in the office of the Regional State Highway Manager, Transit New Zealand, Auckland and the State Highway Management Division of Transit New Zealand, Head Office, Wellington and there available for public inspection.
This bylaw was made by resolution passed at a meeting of the Transit New Zealand Authority held in Wellington on the 1st day of May 1996.
