Civil Aviation Rules
This is a statement of intention to publish rules in the following CAR Parts—
Part 65—Air Traffic Service Personnel—Licences and Ratings; and
Part 77—Objects and Activities Affecting Navigable Airspace
—pursuant to section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990. The submission time for each part is indicated in the NPRM and is not less than 30 days for Part 65 and 60 days for Part 77.
Copies of the Notices of Proposed Rule Making are available for viewing at: Aviation House, 1 Market Grove, Lower Hutt and on application to: The Docket Clerk, P.O. Box 31-441, Lower Hutt 6315.

Education and Training Support Agency
Industry Training Act 1992
Engineering Industry Training Organisation Incorporated
The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, the 15th day of April 1996, the Engineering Industry Training Organisation Incorporated, was granted recognition to extend its coverage as an Industry Training Organisation for the Fire Protection Industry.
In addition to those skill standard setting areas for which the organisation has previously been recognised, it will also set standards on the National Qualifications Framework in the following areas:
Fixed Fire Protection Systems, Fire Detection and Alarm Systems, Hand Operated Fire Fighting Equipment, Designer/Technician Engineers Fixed Fire Protection Systems, and Designer/Technician Engineers Fire Detection and Alarm Systems, Levels 1–6.
The ITO shall be required to consult with other interested organisations over the setting of skill standards.

Bankers’ Institute of New Zealand Incorporated
The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to section 9 (3) (a) of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, the 15th day of April 1996, recognition of the Bankers’ Institute of New Zealand Incorporated for the Banking Industry, was cancelled at the request of the Bankers’ Institute of New Zealand Incorporated.

NZ Painting Contractors Association of Employers Incorporated
The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, the 15th day of April 1996, the NZ Painting Contractors Association of Employers Incorporated, was granted recognition to extend its coverage as an Industry Training Organisation to Level 8 on the National Qualifications Framework for the Painting and Decorating Industry.
The organisation was also granted recognition to extend its coverage as an Industry Training Organisation for the Masonry and Stonemasonry Industry. In addition to those skill standard setting areas for which the organisation has previously been recognised, it will also set standards on the National Qualifications Framework in the following areas:
Masonry and Stonemasonry, Levels 1–8.
The ITO shall be required to consult with other interested organisations over the setting of skill standards.

Electro-Technology Industry Training Organisation Incorporated
The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, the 15th day of April 1996, the Electro-Technology Industry Training Organisation Incorporated, was granted recognition to extend its coverage as an Industry Training Organisation to Level 8 on the National Qualifications Framework for the Electro-Technology Industry.
The ITO shall be required to consult with other interested organisations over the setting of skill standards.

Building Service Contractors of New Zealand Incorporated
The Board of the Education and Training Support Agency, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992, hereby gives notice that on Monday, the 15th day of April 1996, the Building Service Contractors of New Zealand Incorporated, was granted recognition to extend its coverage as an Industry Training Organisation for the Urban Pest Management Industry.
In addition to those skill standard setting areas for which the organisation has previously been recognised, it will also set standards on the National Qualifications Framework in the following areas:
All the skills and knowledge required for Urban Pest Management, including those required by service technicians working in the industry, Levels 1–8.
The ITO shall be required to consult with other interested organisations over the setting of skill standards.
