Notice of Application for an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 7 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that LanChile has applied for an international air service licence to enable the airline to operate to Auckland, optionally via Papeete, with such frequency as filed with and acknowledged by the Secretary for Transport, with effect from 30 June 1996.

Further details of this proposal are available from the Secretary for Transport, Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 3175, Wellington.

Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this application must forward the representations to reach me on or before 30 May 1993.

Proposed Recommendations for Amendments to the Building Regulations 1992

Pursuant to section 48 (4) of the Building Act 1991, notice is hereby given that the Building Industry Authority intends to make 2 recommendations for the amendment of the Building Regulations 1992.

The first of those recommendations relates to the making of amendments to clauses B2, G4 and F4 of the First Schedule to the Building Regulations 1992 ("the building code").

The second of those recommendations relates to the making of amendments to clause H1 of the First Schedule to the Building Regulations 1992 ("the building code").
