Upon the application of the Crown for the forfeiture of a grey Mazda Capella liftback motor vehicle, registration number TL 5806 and upon hearing Mr M. A. Woolford, counsel on behalf of the Crown and Mr D. P. H. Jones, counsel on behalf of the defendant, this Court orders that the grey Mazda Capella liftback motor vehicle, registration number TL 5806 owned by the defendant Tuu Thanh Nguyen be forfeited to the Crown, pursuant to section 86 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

PURSUANT to section 164 of the Education Act 1989, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
Order
- Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Palmerston North College of Education (Disestablishment and Incorporation in Massey University) Order 1996.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1996.
- Palmerston North College of Education disestablished and incorporated in Massey University—The college of education that, immediately before the commencement of this order, was known as the Palmerston North College of Education—
(a) Is hereby disestablished; and
(b) Is hereby incorporated in Massey University.
