Fisheries Act 1983

Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice (No. 2) 1992, Amendment No. 2 (No. F26)

Pursuant to section 28W (3) of the Fisheries Act 1983, the Minister of Fisheries, after consultation with the New Zealand Fishing Industry Board and the Treaty of Waitangi Fisheries Commission, and after consideration of the matters specified in section 28W (5) of the said Act, hereby gives the following notice:

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice (No. 2) 1992, Amendment No. 2, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice 1992 No. 5199 (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Clause 3 amended—(1) Clause 3 of the principal notice is hereby amended by omitting from the table in paragraph (4), opposite the item CRA 4, the expression “16%”, and substituting the expression “22.96%”.

Medicines Act 1981

Revocation of Prohibition on the Prescribing of Medicines

Pursuant to section 48 (3) of the Medicines Act 1981, I, Maurice Donald Williamson, Associate Minister of Health, on the recommendation of the Medical Council of New Zealand, hereby revoke the notice, referred to in the Schedule hereto, prohibiting Peter Jones Eynon, medical practitioner of Thames Coast, from prescribing benzodiazepine and its derivatives.

Misuse of Drugs Act 1975

Revocation of Prohibition on the Prescribing of Controlled Drugs

Pursuant to section 23 (3) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, Maurice Donald Williamson, Associate Minister of Health, on the recommendation of the Medical Council of New Zealand, hereby revoke the notice, referred to in the Schedule hereto, prohibiting Peter Jones Eynon, medical practitioner of Thames Coast, from prescribing controlled drugs.
