Biosecurity Act 1993

Approval for Place of First Arrival
(Notice No. 1004)

Pursuant to section 37 of the Biosecurity Act 1993, I hereby give notice that on the 26th day of April 1996, I designated Palmerston North Airport as an approved place for the first arrival for aircraft arriving in New Zealand under section 37 (1) (a) of the Biosecurity Act 1993.

The notice designating Palmerston North Airport to be an approved place is available for inspection between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. at the MAF office at Batchelar Agriculture Centre, Highway 57, Palmerston North.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Southcity Christian School, Hamilton.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 23rd day of April 1996. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, corner of Grey and Bridge Streets, Hamilton.
