Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 229 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955

Subsequent to the directors resolving that the company would, on the appointment of liquidators, be able to pay its debts, Richard Dale Agnew and Timothy Wilson Downes, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Vernon’s Timber & Hardware Co. Limited, by special resolution of the members on the 1st day of April 1996, the date that the liquidation commenced.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is given that as liquidators of Vernon’s Timber & Hardware Co. Limited (in liquidation), we fix the 17th day of May 1996, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 286 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 211 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1955, David Muir Gray and Gary Traveller, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Janway Holdings Limited.

Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register
