Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held at the Channel View Lounge, 3 Gibbons Road, Takapuna on Monday, the 6th day of May 1996 at 10.00 a.m.

Business:

1. Consideration of a statement of the position of the company’s affairs and actions of the liquidators to date.

2. To confirm the appointment of John Robert Buchanan and Stephen Glenn Hotchin as liquidators of the company.

3. To hear the views of creditors.

4. Appointment of liquidation committee, if thought fit.

Pass any necessary resolutions to give effect to the above.

No person will be entitled to vote as a creditor unless that person has lodged with the liquidator particulars of the debt or claim in respect of which that creditor claims payment from the company.

Proxies:

A creditor who is unable to attend may appoint a proxy, who need not be a creditor, to attend and vote instead of him. A company or partnership may send an employee representative from the firm to attend on its behalf without the need for a proxy. To be valid, a proxy form must be completed and deposited at the offices of the liquidator not later than 48 hours before the meeting.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators fix the 19th day of June 1996, as the day on or before the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 286 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims made, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
