Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Declaration That Land is a Reserve and Classification of Existing Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Manukau City Council on the 8th day of November 1995:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Manukau City Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the council in fee simple and described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are declared to be, a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act."

Furthermore, the Regional Conservator, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
