Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education under section 101 (7) of the Education Act 1989,
I approve Saturday, 15 June 1996, as the closing date for voting in the first election of parent representatives for the Kohia Terrace School Board of Trustees. I also approve Wednesday, 26 June 1996, as the date for the first board of trustees meeting.

This notice shall take effect the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Hawke’s Bay Adventist School.

The said supplementary agreement was executed on the 2nd day of April 1996. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 65 Waterloo Road, Lower Hutt.
