Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road Situated in Blocks LXXI and LXXII, Hokonui Survey District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill, hereby amends the notice dated the 14th day of March 1996, declaring land to be road published in the New Zealand Gazette of 21 March 1996, No. 28 at page 879, by amending the area shown in the Schedule from 2.2141 hectares to 1.2141 hectares.

Declaring Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken Near Harveys Flat in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares:

(1) Pursuant to section 20 (1), an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 87 and shall vest in the Crown on the 4th day of April 1996.

(2) Pursuant to section 20 (1), an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 114, shall vest in The Dunedin City Council on the 4th day of April 1996.

(3) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, the parts of the road described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 33/81.

(4) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, the parts of the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 8B/56B.

(5) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, the parts of the road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto, to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 7D/1278.

(6) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, the parts of the road described in the Sixth Schedule hereto, to be stopped and shall be vested in Kenneth Rowland Harrex, Elizabeth Clair Harrex and the Trustees Executors and Agency Company of New Zealand Limited.

(7) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Seventh Schedule hereto, to be taken and declares that the area 0.3p coloured blue on S.O. Plan 17055 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 7D/1278.
