Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares the part of stopped road described in the Schedule to be amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title 43B/768, subject to all encumbrances registered on the certificate of title on the date of registration of this notice in the Land Registry Office.

Road Stopped on State Highway No. 12, Katui, Kaipara District and Added to the Adjoining Katui Cemetery

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 (7) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, hereby declares the road described in the First Schedule to be stopped and when so stopped to be known as Sections 3, 4 and 5 respectively on S.O. Plan 64126 and to be added to the adjoining land described in the Second Schedule which is vested in the Crown for local purpose (cemetery) reserve, Katui Cemetery, and subject to the Reserves Act 1977.

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares the land described in the Schedule to be road which shall form part of State Highway No. 12 and shall vest in the Crown.
