Land Set Apart for Limited Access Road (State Highway No. 1) Porirua City

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be limited access road pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and has become road, limited access road and State highway and to remain vested in the Crown.
