Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for Road and for Local Purpose (Road) Reserve in Tauranga District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a local purpose (road) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and further declares that the land in both Schedules shall vest in The Tauranga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

First Schedule

South Auckland Land District

45 square metres, situated in Block XV, Tauranga Survey District, being part Lot 8, D.P. S. 65981; as shown marked "C" on S.O. Plan 59909, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Second Schedule

South Auckland Land District

4 square metres, situated in Block XV, Tauranga Survey District, being part Lot 8, D.P. S. 65981; as shown marked "J" on S.O. Plan 59909, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Land Acquired for Road in Westland District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hokitika, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Westland District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hokitika, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be set apart for road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
