Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Sacred Heart Girls’ College, New Plymouth

Student Election Extension Notice

Pursuant to clause 9 (2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989 and acting under authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the date for the close of voting (and all subsequent actions in accordance with the Education (Trustee Elections) Regulations 1992) for the election of a student representative for the Board of Trustees of Sacred Heart Girls’ College, New Plymouth.

This action is being taken because of a problem in distributing the voting papers which resulted in some students not receiving an opportunity to vote.

The poll for the election of a student representative shall close at noon on 1 March 1996.
