Take notice that the Registrar of Companies at Auckland proposes to restore the following companies to the Register of Companies:

Angus Construction (Wellington) Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) AK. 230403. Applicant: M. P. Stiassny, care of Ferrier Hodgson, P.O. Box 982, Auckland.

Angus Construction (Auckland) Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) AK. 025249. Applicant: M. P. Stiassny, care of Ferrier Hodgson, P.O. Box 982, Auckland.

The Registrar proposes to act, under section 303 (1) (c) of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds that the companies were in receivership or liquidation or both, at the time they were removed from the Register.

Any person who objects to the restoration of any of these companies to the Register must deliver notice of that objection in writing to the District Registrar at Auckland within 28 days of the date of this notice.
