(a) I have delivered to the Registrar of Companies the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955;

(b) I am seeking to have the company removed from the Register, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, on the basis that I have completed my duties as liquidator of the company and the company is ready to be removed from the Register.

(c) Any objection to the removal of the company from the Register, under section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, must be lodged before 8 April 1996.
