Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 6th day of December 1995 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 14th day of December 1995, No. 147 at page 4790, by:

(a) Substituting the words “in gross” for the words “to be held forever appurtenant to the land in the First Schedule hereto” in the fifth and sixth lines of the declaration.

(b) Omitting the words “to the land described in the First Schedule” from paragraph 3 of the Third Schedule.
