29 FEBRUARY NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

Road Realignment (State Highway No. 58), Porirua City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Wellington, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, has become road, limited access road and State highway and vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 22A/421, subject to all encumbrances registered on the certificate of title on the date of registration of this notice in the Land Titles Office.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken under section 119 (1) and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 22A/421, subject to all encumbrances registered on the certificate of title on the date of registration of this notice in the Land Titles Office.

Declaring Land Acquired for Limited Access Road and Land Acquired for Better Utilisation at Kilmog in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares, pursuant to section 20, an agreement to that effect having been entered into:

(1) The land described in the First Schedule hereto, is acquired for limited access road which, pursuant to sections 60 (2) and 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the 29th day of February 1996.

(2) The land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is acquired for better utilisation and shall vest in the Crown on the 29th day of February 1996.
