(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule, to be taken for severance and further declares that,

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road and Road Closed in Far North District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, hereby amends the Gazette notice dated the 31st day of May 1966, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 7th day of July 1966, No. 41, page 1069 and registered in the Land Titles Office at Auckland as A162737 proclaiming land as road and road closed in Mangonui County, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Act 1948, by deleting from the operative clause the words ‘‘subject to mortgage No. 391490, 449925 and 480474’’.

Land Acquired for Motorway in Manukau City

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired, excluding the minerals and rights to mine the said minerals reserved to the Crown by section 59 of the Land Act 1948, for a motorway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
