Land Acquired for Road (State Highway No. 4) in Wanganui District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1988, shall form part of State Highway No. 4, and vest in the Crown.

Road Re-alignment in Taupo District (Taupehi Road, Turangi)

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The Taupo District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the pieces of road described in the Second, Third and Fourth Schedules to this notice to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The area described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land held as recreation reserve in Gazette notice 352896.2.

(ii) The area described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 39D/483.

(iii) The area described in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 21B/364.
