Reserves Act 1977
Change of the Classification of Parts of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Hawke’s Bay Conservancy hereby changes the classification of those parts of the Marine Parade Foreshore Reserve described in the Schedule below, from recreation reserve to local purpose (tourist and visitor facilities) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Hawke’s Bay Land District—Napier City
1.0053 hectares, more or less, being Lots 1 and 2, L.T. Plan 25889 (formerly part Town Sections 633, 711 and 757 Napier). Parts certificate of title K4/371 and Gazette notice 646219.1 (C.T. C2/261 canc.).

Revocation of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby revokes the reservation, as a recreation reserve, over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Christchurch City Council at such price, and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine. Proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such money to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Two Reserves Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy for the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (road) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Auckland City Council at current market value, the proceeds from sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used, and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

629 square metres, more or less, being Lot 106, D.P. 43819, situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District. Part certificate of title 1025/175 (cancelled). Subject to a building line restriction created by K. 63103.
420 square metres, more or less, being Lot 46, D.P. 50284, situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District. Part certificate of title 1998/72 (cancelled). Subject to a building line restriction created by K. 95564.

Amendment to a Notice Revoking the Reservation Over a Reserve
Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby amends a notice revoking the reservation over the recreation reserve, dated the 20th day of August 1996, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 94 of 29 August 1996, page 2465, by inserting the following words after “described in the Schedule hereto”:
... and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Taupo District Council in such manner, and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule that the said reserve hereof, as a historic reserve, and further declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Harata Historic Reserve.

4.8350 hectares, more or less, being Paroa 2B Block, situated in Block II, Russell Survey District. All certificate of title 54D/1231.
