Declaring Land to be Road and Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated in Manawatu District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The Manawatu District Council.

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The Manawatu District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with certificate of title 21C/281.

Land Taken for Severance in Westland District

Pursuant to section 119 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be taken for severance and further declares that:

(i) The areas marked “V” and “W” shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 8B/1198 (Westland Registry).

(ii) The area marked “Y” shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 2C/1421 (Westland Registry).

(iii) The area marked “AG” shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 2B/712 (Westland Registry).
