Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Land Information New Zealand, Nelson, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in The Nelson City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired, together with firstly, a light and air easement granted by transfer 430733/4 and secondly, a right to drain water as specified in easement certificate 431265/1, for historic reserve (subject to the Reserves Act 1977) and shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

(a) By removing the area secondly described in the Second Schedule and placing the said area in the Third Schedule.

(b) By removing the area described in the Third Schedule and placing the same in the Second Schedule.
