Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Liquidation

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Assiniboia Investments Limited (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 229 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, David Donald Crichton and Trevor Francis Thornton, chartered accountants of Grant Thornton, Christchurch, were appointed liquidators of Assiniboia Investments Limited (in liquidation).

The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of November 1996.

Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Mrs Keiran Grady, Level Eight, AMP Centre, 47 Cathedral Square, Christchurch on telephone number (03) 379 9580.

Note: The company is solvent and is being liquidated as part of a restructuring of the shareholders’ affairs.
