Notice of Publication of Annual Report—New Zealand Artificial Limb Board
Pursuant to section 44A of the Public Finance Act 1989, as substituted by section 40 of the Public Finance Amendment Act 1994, the New Zealand Artificial Limb Board hereby gives notice that it has delivered to the Minister of Social Welfare its annual report for the year ending 30 June 1996, containing its financial statements, audit report and management statement for the period and has, with the consent of the Minister of Social Welfare, published the annual report.

New Zealand Summerfruit Growers—Commodity Levies (Summerfruit) Order 1996
All summer fruit growers and buyers of summerfruit are advised that the levy payable under this order for the 1996–97 season has been set at:
- 1.5% + G.S.T. Apricots, nectarines, peaches, plums and hybrids
- 0.75% + G.S.T. Cherries
- 0% Watties
This rate has been set by growers and confirmed by the Executive Committee of SummerFruit New Zealand Incorporated.
